Preliminary Plans Approved for Nexus Manufacturing Building Shell This multi-phase, multi-year project is expected to be completed in ten years. Phase one plans consist of constructing an $85 million three-story manufacturing facility, containing approximately 84,450 square feet on the 16-acre property. Phase one construction is expected to be completed in 2021 and is anticipated to employ 70 full-time and 5 part-time employees working during three shifts.
