Preliminary Plans Approved for Nexus Manufacturing Building Shell This multi-phase, multi-year project is expected to be completed in ten years. Phase one plans consist of constructing an $85 million three-story manufacturing facility, containing approximately 84,450 square feet on the 16-acre property.
