It currently offers a walking trail, playground equipment, and open green space for passive recreational activities. The park is open to the public from sunrise to sunset, year round. Proposed future plans for the park, if and when funding becomes available, include: additional parking; basketball, volleyball and tennis courts; a baseball field; a soccer field; a shelter; and adjacent trails.
